The sauce got its name from the truffle research pig, one of our relatives ’assistants in truffle research. The special flavors of truffles and Jack Daniel’s whiskey are very intense in the sauce, but they are also accompanied by the smoky hints of smoked Habanero.
At the 2022 International Flavor Awards, it placed 2nd in America in the BBQ Alcohol-Infused category!
