Tartar beefsteak in Olchili style:


  • 50 dkg back color
  • 2 teaspoons Chilis Mustár No.1
  • 1 teaspoon Erős Oli Extra
  • 2 teaspoons Chilis Ketchup
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 8 eye capers (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worchester sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste


I mix the whole chopped meat with the spices, and finally I add the egg yolk. They usually offer toast, as I do, but a perfect alternative to toasted pita (gm diet has any toasted gm bread or baked goods fabulous to it). What’s more, we buttered it a little.
