Donut with Sugar-free Strawberry jam


  • 2dl milk
  • 50dkg of flour
  • 5dkg powdered sugar
  • 3dkg of yeast
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5dkg butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5dl cooking oil
  • 210g Olchi Sugar Free Strawberry Jam or Olchi Sugar Free Cherry Jam


We make sourdough with a little lukewarm milk, flour, sugar and yeast.
Mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until frothy, add the milk, rum and work well. Add the melted butter in portions, sprinkle with the flour and work together with the sourdough and leaven in a lukewarm place.
Once the dough has risen, cover it on a floured board and extend to a finger’s thickness. Peel a donut and grate it again.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, when the donuts have risen, press the middle of each donut slightly with your fingers, placing it in the oil so that the top half of the donut is at the bottom. Cover the foot with a lid. If the side of the donut has a nice red ribbon, turn it over and bake it now without a lid.
In the middle of the finished donuts, we spoon out the Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam or Sugar-Free Cherry Jam and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
