Sweet-spicy chicken breast:


  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chilis Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (can be added to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Chicken breast:

  • Cooking oil for frying (or coconut fat, I use this)
  • 1kg boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch


  • 50 dkg back color
  • 2 tsp Chilis Mustár No.1
  • 1 tsp strong (eg from the products of Chili Hungária Manufactory) – optional
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 8 eye capers (chopped)
  • 1 small pickle (chopped) – optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp Worchester sauce
  • Salt and pepper


I mix the whole chopped meat with the spices, and finally I add the egg yolk. They usually offer toast, as I do, but a perfect alternative to toasted pita (gm diet has any toasted gm bread or baked goods fabulous to it). What’s more, we buttered it a bit, but it was already our dilink.oh, pepper to taste

Preparation of sauce:

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, chili sauce, honey, and sesame seeds into the sauce.

Preparation of chicken breast:

In a bowl, mix the milk, cornstarch, flour and spices. Dip the chicken breast cut into strips in the mass and fry both sides until golden brown in a medium pan in a medium heat. When the chicken breast is flushed, add the finished sauce and fry for a few more minutes. It is still important to make sure that the pan is not too hot. Steamed rice or fried potatoes are recommended as a side dish. Garnish with chopped chives and additional sesame seeds to taste.
