Saturday Grill Steak:


  • 1 kg of beef
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 1 head garlic
  • 1 head onion
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Mr. Bacon Szarvasgombás BBQ 
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt


Cut the beef into 1 cm thick slices. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and place the meat in it and let it rest for 1-2 hours. This time is enough for the salt to penetrate the surface and loosen the fibers in the meat.
Once the grill has warmed up, place the meat slices on it and grill.

Here’s a little help with baking:

3 minutes – Rare: the meat is surrounded by a thin layer, the inside is raw and lukewarm
5 minutes – Medium Rare: the meat is covered with a wider layer of roast raw and reheated
7 minutes – Medium: the timid can eat bravely. the inside is no longer raw, but retains its pink color
10 minutes – Medium well done: the meat is completely fried but a pale pink stripe stretches inside
