The Carolina Reaper chili pepper is kept and soaked in Ph.Hg.VIII. pharmaceutical grade 96% alcohol for a long time, thereby dissolving and enhancing the organic capsaicin content, then the alcohol is boiled away and we get a 100% organic capsaicin extract, which can be easily added to soups, cooked dishes, or anything else your imagination allows!
