In January 2025, I was lucky enough to get a glimpse into Florida life and explore the Miami area. 🇺🇸During the trip, we visited many special places, visited chili shops, where we also left some of the Olchili® sauces and managed to taste some really special dishes and sauces.😋 As on all my trips so far, I fell in love with a new taste that you can only find overseas, and in connection with this, I developed a new sauce that 100% reflects the taste and character of the sauce available in the USA, this sauce is Relish, the main components of which are smoked mustard, diced pickles, spring onions and jalapeno chili, all cooked together to form a truly unique and special sauce!
Since I first tasted the golden, medium-strength chili sauce in Miami, its name is related to the large number of alligators found there, and it is called Olchili® Golden Gator – Miami Relish. 🐊

The main specialty of Olchili® Golden Gator – Miami Relish is the intense smoky piquancy of the smoked jalapeno chili, which, mixed with the acacia honey, comes into an incomparable harmony with its flavor – and now, this tastebud has been fooled too – with my World Champion and Gastronomic Oscar-winning Olchili® Chili Mustard No.1 slightly spicy mustard, as a result of which we got a fantastic smoked honey mustard, in which the crunchy pieces of pickled spring onion and cucumber cubes ring out fieryly in an intensified orgy of flavors! 🔥

Recommended use: I highly recommend this very special American sauce for Hot-dogs, Hamburgers, French fries, fried meats and steaks as a dip!
