Flavored beef with West Side and BBQ sauces:
Ingredients:
- For meatballs (4-6 pcs)
- 500 g beef leg
- 1 tablespoon Chilis Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Chilis Mustár No.1
- 1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 medium head purple onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 dl olive oil (for frying)
For compilation:
- 6 burger buns
- 12 dkg cheddar cheese
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium head onion
- 270g West Side Sauce or Chilis Mustár No.1
- 110g Mr. Bacon Szarvasgombás BBQ or Csipogó Chipotle Áfonyás BBQ
Preparation:
Stir in the meatballs, put them in the fridge a bit to bring the flavors together.
We make the hamburger sauce. An oil is greased very thinly, heated, then the fried meatballs are suddenly fried on high sides for 1-1 minutes, then reduced and fried for 3-4 minutes per side. Place the cheese slices over while the meat is still in the pan to melt slightly on the meat. Cut the buns in half and fry the inside. Cut the onion or red onion into thicker rings and strip the salad. Smear the bottom of the bun with the sauce, add the salad, then the meat, and finally the onion. If someone likes a good deal of sauce, put it even on the meat.
