Casino Eggs and WASABIS Ham Rolls for Easter:
Ingredients for 10 casino eggs:
- 6 boiled eggs
- 6 dkg butter
- 1 tablespoon Chilis Mustár No.1
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- salt to taste
Ingredients for ham rolls:
- 20dkg ham (8 slices)
- 1 bottle of wasabi horseradish (220g)
Preparation:
The eggs are cooked hard, then peeled and the egg yolks are gutted. Put in a bowl, crush with a fork, add the butter, mustard, lemon juice, icing sugar, salt and mix, then let us cool it for a short time. Spoon the cooled cream into the cavity of the eggs, sprinkling with parsley leaves and red pepper meal. Keep refrigerated until served. Meanwhile, smear the ham slices with the wasabis horseradish and roll up. We place them nicely between the casino eggs (in the middle). For decoration, we place vegetables around the eggs.
